About Project
The project involved the management and construction supervision of major upgrade works for a large above-ground steel storage tank at an operating industrial facility in Central Luzon.
The client required a dedicated project-management team to coordinate the various engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, and commissioning activities associated with the tank upgrade. The works involved multiple contractors and specialized disciplines, including structural steel fabrication, heavy lifting, welding, piping modifications, protective coating, non-destructive testing, and mechanical completion.

The engagement focused on maintaining control of the schedule, work quality, safety performance, contractor interfaces, documentation, and client reporting throughout the execution period.
