About Project
The project involved the design coordination, importation, installation, and commissioning of a GRP sectional water tank system for a high-rise condominium development in Metro Manila.
The client required a reliable water-storage solution that could meet the domestic and utility demands of the residential building while fitting within the structural and space limitations of the designated service area. A modular GRP tank system was selected because of its durability, corrosion resistance, lighter installation characteristics, and flexibility for assembly in constrained building environments.
Solcrest provided the complete implementation package—from tank sizing and installation planning to import coordination, site assembly, connection works, testing, and final turnover. The completed installation now serves as an integral component of the building’s water-storage and distribution system.

Our Client’s Challenge
The condominium project required a water-storage system that could provide sufficient reserve capacity while complying with the limitations of a high-rise building installation.
The project involved several practical and technical challenges:
